Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets - all sales are final.

General Policies
Patrons who arrive late (but no later than 15 minutes after scheduled performance start times) to Theatre Xavier performances will be seated during natural breaks in the show. Theatre Xavier reserves the right to resell unused tickets (tickets which have not been checked in 15 minutes after the scheduled show start time) to guests standing in a physical wait list.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre Xavier). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
