Usher - Pre-Show Only

Description: Ushers will check tickets and escort patrons to their seats. Pre-show only ushers will not be needed during intermission. If you are an usher who would like to watch the show, please contact Mr. Wernke at bwernke@stxavier.org. Ushers are expected to arrive at the theater an hour and fifteen minutes before show start time (the time listed on the volunteer page is the time you should arrive). Report to the Box Office for usher training and be prepared to download a (free) app onto your phone. Ushers need to be polite and courteous to Theatre Xavier patrons and respectful to their peers. Pre-show ushers will not be needed again after the show starts.

Usher- Pre-Show And Intermission

Description: Ushers will check tickets and escort patrons to their seats. Pre-show and intermission ushers will sell concessions and raffle tickets for Theatre Xavier's scholarship fund during intermission. If you are an usher who would like to watch the show, please contact Mr. Wernke at bwernke@stxavier.org. Ushers are expected to arrive at the theater an hour and fifteen minutes before show start time (the time listed on the volunteer page is the time you should arrive). Report to the Box Office for usher training and be prepared to download a (free) app onto your phone. Ushers need to be polite and courteous to Theatre Xavier patrons and respectful to their peers. Pre-show and Intermission ushers will also be required to help during intermission - once intermission begins, immediately report to your assigned station.
